Northeast Asian Law Review

"The Northeast Asian Law Review" of Hongik University is a faculty-edited law journal among Hongik, Suffolk, and Sichuan law schools. Building upon it's a few year preparation, the Journal will provide a forum for scholarly analysis addressing all aspects of legal issues of Northeast Asia and globalization. As a trial of publication, the 1st volume of Northeast Asian Law Review published articles and comments that address Current legal issues of Korean, Chinese, and Japanese. From the 2nd, the Journal will make every effort to become the leader in Northeast Asian more focusing on globalization process. "The Northeast Asian Law Review" is focuses on the following issues:

Current Korean, Chinese, Japanese legal issues

Domestic markets merging into global market by free flowing goods and capitals,

Proliferation democratic market economy through the world,

Global use of new information system resulted from the rapid progress of information and communication technology (ICT),

Combination of self rule and shared rule: the increase of global and Northeast Asian regional legal system,

Building Northeast Asian Community which is composed of Korea, China, and Japan.

Unification Korean peninsular matched with Globalization.
